OUR SERVICES
Soldier piles and lagging Planning
We use vertical steel piles installed in regular intervals and founded into competent ground. Hardwood lagging elements are placed horizontally between these beams, acting as a barrier to hold back soil and other materials, preventing collapse and providing support to the excavation.
SECANT / caisson PILE WALLS
Unlike a lagging system, a secant wall utilizes interlocking reinforced concrete piles to form a continuous vertical barrier.

Queens Quay
Just a block from Lake Ontario, our recent shoring endeavor involved installing a secant pile wall, supported by rock anchors and preloaded large-span corner bracing.
Davenport
Implemented a robust watertight secant pile wall shoring design, for a challenging site with limited space. Achieved 100% internal bracing to address neighbouring site constraints.
Westerly
Completed the Westerly project with a robust city-block secant pile wall system, piles anchored into bedrock, and supported by long rock anchors. Situated in the heart of Islington Village, adjacent to Mimico Creek.
Erin Mills North
Located in the ongoing redevelopment of the Erin Mills and Eglinton area in Mississauga, this project in the core of the construction featured a combination of secant pile walls, lagged walls, deep structural caissons, steel strand anchors and innovative Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) anchors.
Auberge on the Park
Auberge of the Park, a North York condo complex, features 87 ft+ piles for a secant wall, along with lagging walls, soil anchors, and continuous flight auger caissons from the excavation base.
Simcoe
This project situated right in core of Downtown Toronto, featured secant and lagging walls, rock anchors and large-diameter structural caissons, installed from the base of the excavation.
